HHCA’s Electronic Plans Room (EPR) service known as ConstructConnect Project Intelligence (CCPI) is an easy-to-use platform that allows members to retrieve plans, specs and addenda anytime! But it does SO MUCH MORE. CCPI saves you time searching for projects by predicting projects of interest, allows you to share projects and notes across your team, and gives you access to fully-featured mobile app and a lot more!
Access to CCPI can be added on to your HHCA membership at anytime – HHCA members save approximately 15% on their subscription! Included in the base fee is access to projects in Hamilton, Halton, Niagara, Wellington, Brant, Bruce, Waterloo, Haldimand-Norfolk, Oxford and Perth. Additional geographic regions can be added at anytime to ensure where you do work is covered!

- Company Database – ability to lick on a company listed within a project to see their contacts and history
- Artificial Intelligence – CCPI predicts projects best suited for you based on your profile
