The HHCA is an official document outlet for CCA and CCDC standard construction documents, contracts and guides. All contracts, documents and guides are fillable PDFs that are accessed with a registration number that we provide upon receipt of your order and payment.

Contract seals are physical stickers that can either be picked up at our office or placed in the mail (a $5 shipping and handling fee applies). HHCA MEMBERS SAVE APPROXIMATELY 40% so be sure to login before placing your order.

All orders require some manual processing, please expect your electronic document to arrive via email during our regular business hours. If you would like to have your documents couriered to you please contact our office upon placing an order. The HHCA is not responsible for any lost mail packages.
