Hamilton City Council ratifies memorandum of understanding for the Hamilton LRT project Today, Hamilton City Council ratified a memorandum of understanding with Metrolinx and the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) to move forward with the 14-kilometre Hamilton Light Rail Transit (LRT) project.
